We are conveniently located in ‘Lakeview’ with a 20min walk to Wrigley Field and 10min to the Brown Line. And if you're driving, we offer free dedicated parking for THREE vehicles.

Our home is a duplex with two spacious & connected living spaces. Each space is similar in design with their own unique touches. As such you'll have access to 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, 2 dining rooms, a huge backyard, and 3 car carport. We've taken time to curate an incredible experience for our guests. House Rules

- No parties or events - with an exception for Bachelor & Bachelorette parties. Bachelor & Bachelorettes are allowed assuming all other rules are followed. We impose a fee of $500 if a party or event takes place in the unit and your stay will be canceled. - No unregistered overnight guests without previous approval from your host. Please ensure your booking reflects the total number of guests. The fee for unregistered guests is $100 per guest. - No loud noise between 10 PM and 7AM. - No smoking or vaping of any kind. The smoking / vaping fee is $250. - No illegal substances on the property. Remember that lion…. D.A.R.E to be different. - No food or drink in bedrooms. - Remove your shoes within the home. At minimum PLEASE do not wear shoes on the white rugs... we beg of you. - Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. - Do not leave any food out. We don’t want to attract any uninvited pests. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please hand wash pots and pans. - Please leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you leave. - If the trash bin fills during your stay, please throw the bag out in the designated bin in the alley - new trash bags are in the kitchen. - Please be respectful to our neighbors. Many of our neighbors are families and we have a great relationship with them. Feel free to enjoy yourself but please be mindful of excessive noise – particularly at night. If there are neighbor complaints, we will unfortunately need to cancel your stay. - Please turn off lights, unplug items if not using to conserve energy, again we love our planet, and you should too (it’s the only one we got…so far) - There are exterior cameras at the front and rear entrances. The front entrance has a doorbell camera. If you have any issues checking-in, ringing it will allow you to contact us directly. - There is a smoke and decibel detector in the home. It absolutely cannot record any audio or visuals. However, it does notify us of excessive noise or smoke. - Check out time is at 11 am. Late check-out fee is $100. If you check-out after 1 pm, we’ll have to charge you for a full day, the cost to re-accommodate the next guest, and lost revenue from cancellations. So please check-out on time.

A great place to stay for a weekend near Wrigley. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. The house itself has plenty of space and the backyard is great.

Spencer was a fantastic host, communicated quickly and clearly and was accommodating to our requests. We loved that there was coffee, shampoo, conditioner, etc. available, that helps so much when travelling! We were able to walk to Wrigley for the baseball game and we were a quick uber away from our other desinations. I would highly recommend walking over to Bad Coffee and getting a flight of coffee as well. Very cute neighbourhood and beautiful house.

We have a great location near expressways and public transportation that makes getting around the city a breeze. DRIVING: Our home is <5min away from Lakeshore Drive which connects you to the rest of the city. We are a ~30min drive from O'Hare airport in average traffic PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Our home is a short 10min walk to the Irving Park Brown line stop. Check out the L Map on the CTA website. Each ride is $2.50. Pro Tip: Get a one-day pass or download the Ventra app on your phone. The Ventra app will tell you upcoming bus and train schedules in real-time. UBER/LYFT/SCOOTERS/BIKES: Like other major cities, Uber and Lyft are easy to access along with scooters and bikes in parts of the city. PARKING: Parking is easy. As our guest, you get 3 parking spots in our carport. And free street parking is available. Throughout the city, parking can be a challenge depending on where you are going. Pro Tip: Much of the city is pay to park. Download the Park Chicago app to save time and pay from your phone. Apps like Spot Hero or Park Whiz are best to find great deals at parking garages.
